- 150g garlic, chilli and coriander king prawns
- 100g sweet pointed pepper
- 180g Microwave Long Grain Rice
- 100g Mushroom
- 3/4 Red Onion
- 0.5tsp Coriander
- 0.5tsp Chilli Flakes
- 0.5tsp Garlic Granules

METHOD:
- Chop all of your ingredients
- Spray a frying pan with fry light and add the red onion and mushrooms, cook for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften
