INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 40g Oats
- 40g Protein Powder
- 1 Egg
- 1/2tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2tsp Baking Powder
- 100ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
MACROS:
- 403 Calories
- 30g Carbs
- 44g Protein
- 12g Fat
METHOD:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth
- Spray a frying pan with fry light over a high height
- Turn the pan down to medium and add the pancake mixture, making them as thick as you'd like
- Wait until they begin to bubble and will move easily around the pan and flip
- Stack them up and top them with whatever you desire
- Put both the chicken breast and potatoes in the oven for around 35-45 minutes or until golden
- Around 10 minutes before end of cooking remove chicken from oven scatter cheese over and return to oven.
- Serve

I used strawberries, melted biscoff spread and My Protein zero maple syrup!
