INGREDIENTS: (Serves 2)
- 1 Lime
- 16ml Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce
- 15ml Soy Sauce
- 2 x 110g Salmon Fillets
- 160g Long Stem Broccoli
- 1tsp Dried Chilli Flakes
- 15ml Toasted Sesame Oil
- 5g Black Sesame Seeds
- 160g Fine Green Beans
- 2 Fine Egg Noodle Nests

METHOD:
- Heat a large pan over a medium heat and spray with fry light, add the salmon fillets with a pinch of salt and pepper, turn half way until cooked through
- While the salmon is cooking, chop the green beans and broccoli and add to a saucepan. Top with boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes until beginning to soften
- Once the veg starts to cook, add the noodles to the saucepan and cook everything through
- Squeeze 1/2 the lime into a bowl and add the sesame oil, sriracha and chilli flakes. Combine and this is your dressing
- Once cooked, drain the noodles and veg and return to the pan. Stir in most of your dressing creating your spicy noodles
- Serve the salmon on top of the noodles and top with the left over dressing and sesame seeds
