INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 1 Medium Egg
- 150g Egg Whites
- 100g White Sourdough
- 10g Lurpak Light
- 50ml Semi Skimmed Milk
MACROS:
- 445 Calories
- 49g Carbs
- 34g Protein
- 11g Fat
METHOD:
- Add the egg, egg whites and milk to a jug and season with salt and pepper
- Beat the mixture together and place into the microwave for 1 minute
- Meanwhile, pop your bread into the toaster and set to your desired time setting
- Remove the eggs and stir. Now return to the microwave in 20-30 second bursts to ensure you do not overcook
- Once the bread is toasted, remove from the toaster and butter
- Add the eggs and enjoy!
