INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 2 Handfuls Mixed Salad Leaves
- 1 Medium Tomato
- 100g Apple
- 45g Avocado
- 85g Sweet Chilli Chicken Breast Slices
- 5 Sprays Heinz Balsamic Salad Dressing
MACROS:
- 304 Calories
- 28g Carbs
- 28g Protein
- 11g Fat
METHOD:
- Add the salad leaves to a large mixing bowl
- Top with the chopped tomato, avocado, apple and chicken
- Spray the balsamic dressing evenly onto the salad
- Give everything a good mix up so that its all fully coated
- Transfer to a bowl and enjoy!
