INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 170g Fillet Steak (Raw)
- 220g Uncooked White Potato
- 100g Mushrooms
- 8 Vine Cherry Tomatoes
- 100g Long Stem Brocolli
- 45g Garlic & Herb Philadelphia
- 15g Grated Cheddar Cheese

METHOD:
- CHIPS - Chop the potatoes into chips or wedges, and cook using garlic fry light and piri piri chip salt in the oven or air fryer
- BROCCOLI & MUSHROOMS - Par boil the long stem broccoli for 5 mins to soften. Meanwhile, begin cooking the sliced mushrooms in a pan sprayed with fry light. Add the strained broccoli to the pan and combine, cooking for a further 2 minutes. Add the philadelphia and allow it to melt. Fianlly, add the cheese and stir through
- TOMATOES - Cover a baking tray with tin foil and spray with olive oil fry light. Add the tomatoes to the tray and season with salt and pepper, pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes
- STEAK - Leave the steak on the side for 15 mintues to breath, seasoning both sides with rock salt. Spray a griddle pan and allow it to get hot, then add your steak and cook evenly on both sides to your liking. Remove from the pan and sit on the side for 5 minutes
