INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 2 Slices Sourdough Bread (160g)
- 85g Tuna In Springwater (Drained)
- 25ml Lighter Than Light Mayo
- 10g Lurpak
- Mixed Leaves

METHOD:
- Slice the sourdough and sprea the butter evenly
- Strain the tuna and then mix in a bowl with mayo and a little salt and pepper
- Spread the tuna evenly over one side of the bread and add the salad
- Close the lid, slice and serve
