INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
- 40g Porridge Oats
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
- 50g Frozen Winter Berries
- Un-Sweetened Almond Milk
- 10g Almond Butter
MACROS:
- 373 Calories
- 35g Carbs
- 39g Protein
- 13g Fat
METHOD:
- Pre-heat the oven to 180’c
- Spray an oven proof dish with coconut oil and set to one side
- In a microwaveable tub, combine the oats, protein powder and almond milk to desired consistency
- Place mixture in the microwave for 1 minute
- Add frozen berries to the mixture and combine
- Place mixture into the oven proof dish and push down so that it fills all spaces
- Top the mixture with the almond butter
- Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes
- Serve
